1. Vehicle Document Verification Based On Number Plate Recognition
Mr. Pramod Kumar P M, Mr. Krishna Mohana AJ
Abstract
The police forces use vehicle number plate for legal vehicle authorization purposes, to check if a vehicle is registered or not. Most of us keep the vehicle papers in the vehicle itself, which is not at all safe in case of theft. In today's world, it is not secure to carry our vehicle papers and wherever we go. Hence a system must be designed in which it is not necessary to carry our important documents to each and every place for verification. The aim is to design a system which captures the image of the number plate of a vehicle using a camera and the details are being retrieved. Then the details retrieved from the number plate in text format is used to extract all the important information of the vehicle like, the name of the owner, address of the owner, Insurance last paid date, emission test date etc. from the database. For us, it is useful as we do not have to carry our documents to every place with the fear of losing them.

Abstract
The development of the city of Lubumbashi in DR Congo is closely linked to mining and copper processing. They are currently experiencing a revival of impressive activities throughout Katanga. However, the state of soil contamination in this city and its mining hinterland no longer allow for long-term agricultural production. In a general way, this work consists in analyzing the externalities and to see the possibility of internalisation of market gardeners in the aforementioned city. In a specific way, this work consists in evaluating the socio-demographic aspects, to identify the economic parameters of this activity; evaluate the externalities between Chemaf (mining company) and market gardeners. To achieve this, a survey was conducted among 80 market gardeners. 50 of whom practiced in the vicinity of Chemaf and 30 practicing market gardening away from this company. After stripping the data were entered in Excel and the statistical processing performed by mini tab 16. The TUKEY test was used to compare the different averages of the observed parameters. After this analysis, profit, profitability and yield have been found to be evolving at a loss in the site near Chemaf, which is not the case in the site located far from Chemaf. And so the mining company has a negative externality in the surrounding site.

3. Impact of Ethnocentrism on consumer purchase with reference to Apparels
Dr. Sarit Prava Das, Prof. Shatabdi S Das
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze theimpact of country of origin (COO), perception of customers towards buying foreign products, ethnocentrism along with knowledge of foreign product among that population of India who has the maximum buying capacity (millennials). Ethnocentrism is a nearly universal syndrome of attitudes and behaviors. Behaviors associated with ethnocentrism include cooperation with members.Analysis interpreted from this research can be used to address the Indian market while targeting, segmenting, and positioning the product. India being a vibrant and developing nation has adapted to the changes from the wings of globalization. This has resulted to the change in behavior of the consumers; hence this study is being conducted to understand the ethnocentrism of the consumers of the Indian market. We show that ethnocentric behavior can emerge from a simple evolutionary model of local competition between individuals. When cooperating is relatively costly, ethnocentric behavior can even be necessary to sustain cooperation. This research is being conducted for the purpose to analyze how much are the Indian consumers loyal or devoted towards the Indian branded apparels. This study also aims to understand the antecedents that leads to attitudes of consumers toward foreign/domestic products.

4. Modern Methods of Box-Shaped Crane Beams Design
Leonid Martovitsky, Vasiliy Glushko, Zoja Shanina, Olga Kalantaeva
Abstract
A box-shaped crane beam has been developed with transverse diaphragms that change the positionning pitch along the beam and the angle of horizontal inclination in accordance with the orientation of the waves of the local wall resistance loss.

5. Super Efficiency Analysis: An Application on The Efficiency of Programming Languages
Kemal Gunduz, Talat Senel
Abstract
As in every period of history, it is desirable to be efficient while doing a study today too. Thus, resources can be used in the most appropriate way and maximum earnings can be obtained. These earnings can be directly financial or they can also be the increase of the quality of services in areas such as education and health. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Super Efficiency (SE) are widely used to measure this efficiency. In this study, DEA and SE are used in an application that focuses on the measurement of efficiency of programming languages. The 18 commonly used programming languages has been taken as decision-making units (DMU). By using SE analysis for the 10 DMUs with full efficiency, these fully efficient DMUs have been ranked. As a result of this ranking, C# has been identified as the most efficient programming language. The TypeScript programming language has been identified as the last one among the fully efficient DMUs by having the lowest SE score.

6. Design of Autonomy System for Military Operational Platform
Paula Mierzejewska, Krzysztof Fudala, Jakub Forysiak, Szymon Madziara, Jakub Felcenloben, Piotr Krawiranda
Abstract
The article provides detailed explanation of a military vehicle autonomy system. It focuses on the design of a 2-axis, off-road operational platform with autonomous drive for military purposes. The autonomy system is based on the sensor such as LIDAR, depth camera and infrared camera. The paper provides information on the hardware selection and its functions in the system, as well as the software. The article focuses on the schematics of the system and the software modules.
